Late Summer Tease


 
It will most likely be all gone in days, if not hours, but the Griz laid a little base coat of white on the upper mountain to tease all those folks who are starting to feel the fever.  Just a week of official summer left and three months until the lifts should be running. 



 
At 15:30 it is about 5 C at the house and pouring rain.

I did head up the mountain during a break in the rain, but it proved short lived and I only got to the Bear’s Den before making a very soggy retreat.  Lizard Bowl from the shelter of the Bear’s Den.
